Down the street. Across the country. Around the world.
Even as we raise funds to help Haiti, we are also working hard to raise the funds needed to take care of the emergency services for our Greater Palm Beach Area military families and our friends and neighbors who have been devastated by home fires. Every day, 30 hours a day, we are providing emergency services and support to military families and members of the Armed Forces.
The Palm Beach chapter has collected nearly $1 million for Haiti relief efforts, but this has cut down on donations coming to the chapter for community use. It diminishes the support for our chapter, while we continue to face challenges in our community. The 67th Annual March is Red Cross Month is an opportunity to support the Red Cross down the street, across the country and around the world.
"During Red Cross Month, we're taking the time to recognize the supporters who make our life-saving mission possible. We are proud to be the place where everyday people can do extraordinary things."
