Red Crosser Deploys to Iowa Local Red Cross employee Joseph Hansen was deployed as a Public Relations representative to assist with the Cedar Rapids flooding. These HEROES Have Wings! This year, the North County Red Cross Angels have soared above and beyond their usual angelic contribution.
